DPlus Proxy – In-App Purchase Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the subscription-based features offered within the DPlus Proxy app provided by Sailing World Technology Co., Ltd. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription Options

DPlus Proxy provides auto-renewable subscription plans that may include:

• Unlimited VPN usage
• Access to global high-speed proxy servers
• No ads
• Enhanced security and privacy features

Subscription durations may vary (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly) and pricing is displayed within the app prior to confirmation.

2. Free Trial

Some subscription plans may offer a limited-time free trial:

• You will not be charged during the trial period.
• The duration of the free trial will be clearly stated.
• Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your iTunes account will be charged.

3. Automatic Renewal & Payment

• All subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your iTunes account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, according to the selected plan’s price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.

4. Subscription Management

To cancel or manage your subscription:

• Open Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device
• Tap the DPlus Proxy subscription
• Select “Cancel Subscription” to avoid future billing

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.

5. Refund Policy

All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds are handled directly by Apple and subject to their policies. For more information, please refer to Apple Support.

6. Service Modifications

Sailing World Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated within the app when applicable.
